This was the second home we purchased via Rich because the first time he did so great! And he matched his great performance for our latest home! Rich was always available via text or cell to answer questions, get information, etc. He kept us updated every step of the way, so there were no surprises. Rich is the best! We have been trying to move for a couple of years and it did not work out. We recently found a condo so we called Rich and told him that we needed a quick sale.
